The occasion: Our Grand Opening Weekend when our 4 models were opened, furnished and (as someone mentioned from reading an earlier blog about our previous Sales Trailer experience) the toilets all flush!
2 local Oyster Radio stations (country and pop) with Billy Denton, and 2 Tallahassee stations (Opus Broadcasting's boomers and oldies) with Hank Kestenbaum, were out here Saturday and Sunday for live remote broadcasts, and prizes. And Cuzzy's served yummy fried shrimp, wings and pork sandwiches with their delicious special sauces.
We sold some homes, made some great new friends, and surprised a lot of people with the amazing value and quality we deliver. Visiting friends from California who only came for the weekend because they know me and know that I've been working on this development for three years, said how pleasantly surprised they were that the homes are far more beautiful and well done than they had expected. They fell in love with the miles and miles of undeveloped beaches, the laid back lifestyle and the water. They, too, bought a home and now plan to vacation here regularly. Who knew?!
